★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience, made an appointment for 9pm, the massage only began at 10pm. Waited a whole one hour and they only offered to upgrade our room to vip but there was no point because we couldn’t use the amenities??
For the sake of saving your time, go anywhere else.
The customer service was really bad too, there was no communication between the counter staff and the service staff. They kept saying only a while longer, 5 minutes at around 9.30+ but in the end the staff only entered at 10pm.
DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE!!!
It is so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Convenient location. Nice ambience. Clean toilets. Good price. Parking just outside.
Cons: Need to climb 3 storeys to get to the massage rooms. My elderly relatives had a hard time. Aggravated their knee pain before massage. Masseuse kept talking to each other, they switched off aircon coz they were cold but we were perspiring from the heat of the oil. Quality of massage was meh. Took a 2hr treatment but I left not feeling like I had a massage, not rejuvenated. Have tried other places in JB and this has fallen short, sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait 1 hour even though we made a booking. Masseuse told us that they were not informed about our massage session. Really waste of our time and not respectful of their customers. Customers who had a booking after our timing got their session even though they arrived after us. We were then sent to their “VIP” room for free as a compensation but there was nothing in there and we also didn’t have any clothing to change in to for our massage. We felt being closed up in the room so that we couldn’t keep asking when’s our masseuse gonna come. Absolutely waste of time. Massage was okay but probably won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty authentic massage techniques by Thai masseur. The masseurs were busy talking / laughing to each other (in Thai) throughout the session, so I wouldn't consider it a peaceful relaxing moment. Paid RM85 for 60-minutes full body oil massage. The reception does try to upsell. So be sure of what services you want exactly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is cozy and clean. The Filipino masseurs (No.6 and No.29) were friendly and have great strengths! Felt so relax throughout the massage. One thing to improve would be the bed - not sure if it's the hole that's too big. Most of us felt uncomfortable when we lie facing down. Will definitely return again!

The price is affordable as well.
I tried the 90 min aromatherapy massage and was blown away by the service.
