★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed. this place really surpassed my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly especially muzz , he gave me a good massage thanks bro ??. The place is really nice inside , i really like their decoration. More importantly, the massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. He really fixed the upper back problem area that I told him about. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Not professional at all. I think the one that massage me is an amateur who is there to make a fast buck. The reception lied telling me how good all their masseur are and she is giving me the best. If mine is the best I dread to think of the rest. After 1.5 hour of body massage I felt WORST then before.

A group of us went together for a 1hr foot massage. The masseuse for my friends all arrived and started massaging. My masseuse came late but ended the session early. 1hr cut short to only around 45mins.
The whole area is very dark, which is a bit eerie, since there is a lot of mannequin in the lobby area.
**lobby is much darker than picture. My phone brighten up the picture. Lol**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking was a breeze and receptionist Wawah was friendly and efficient. However, I think I had just had the worst massage thus far.
I opted for the 90 minutes traditional massage and had to ask the masseur (name was Daniel according to the receptionist) to stop as it was simply too uncomfortable and the pain was unbearable. I usually requested for hard pressure but this massage was done really terribly. The massage was rough, pressure points were all wrongly pressed that it hurt so much that I had to stop him many times during the session.
The good thing was, he apologised, remained polite and calm and listened to what went wrong. I had to totally stop the session when my pain endurance had reached its maximum. I was left alone with oil all over my body and had to cleaned up myself. I did not realise the curtains were not drawn during the whole session until I abruptly stopped the massage. How was this even allowed?
Wawah was kind enough to refund me the amount for whatever time was left without hesitation.
This massage session was a total shock for me. I just went to the one at City Square Mall and massage was fabulous, and that was why I decided to book with them again but at KSL City Mall this time. However, the massage was the total opposite of what I had experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is acceptable. I went for foot massage with my family and I think the lady masseuse was alright although not fantastic. The place is spacious and comfortable. The overall service is ok too, nothing to complain about but I guess it all boils down to luck as masseuse standards can be different. They also deploy it from their other outlets in the shopping mall nearby.
