★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable, slow, not professioal… will never recommend this Vet to anyone. I already brought my lab who is not well. And they have no courtesy to update on The status on the blood test. The Nurse can tell me that The Doctor is Busy and preoccupied. Based on The blood test Only i can Make decision what i want to do with my fur Baby. I have to Call and ask them to update. And ithe bill For blood test is bloody expensive. The charges are like in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, friendly and empathetic towards my dogs condition. I went to 4 other vets before going to her, and I can confidently say that she is The Best.
It was during the MCO that I found out about my dogs condition, went to nearby clinics only to spend crazy amount of money to do unnecessary tests and no proper treatment was given. I couldn't travel all the way to Ipoh at that time, so I decided to mail her. For about a month she was consulting me online for FREE.
Finally when I managed to bring my dog to her clinic, I knew the permission letter, road block and travelling was all worth it. After our consultation, she noticed that my dog had been holding her pee for very long and she told me to let her wander around in the clinic corridor to allow my dog to do her business. My dog actually soiled in the clinic corridor ?. I was surprised to see her do the cleaning by herself without waiting for her staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly i would say doesnt even deserve 1 star for the poorest quality of care! Have no empathy towards animals and what to say they just find ways to overcharge you with unnecessary investigations which they dont even bother explaining the results of it. And dont get me started with the laziest staffs around with very poor interpersonal skills! WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS INFERIOR AND SUBSTANDARD PLACE TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A whole lot things I would like to say bout the level of care and details. Pls do expect to do everything yourself as nurses won’t help you with your pet. Very rude nurses and all they do is just chit chat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter service is very good and you give good advice on cats ???and can ask for the cost before you can and you can choose a microchip number for your cat ???Dr.Teoh Choong Jean Provide gentle service to cats and comfort to cats??? The rule of thumb at the clinic is to have customers wait outside before the doctor's queue, the clinic has done the right thing to prevent COVID-19 and crowding inside is bad for animals and people???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is professional enough i believe but the staffs are VERY VERY RUDE AND NOT CARING AT ALL. DO NOT BOTHER TO HELP!
The nurses there are rude. It is understandable to ask us to wait for an hour because the doctor is on operation. we do understand that, but it is ridiculous that there is no customer in there on your bench but the staffs did not allowed to wait inside even just one person! please do understand outside is sunny and hot how do you expect an old person to wait outside under the sun!
Another ridiculous issue was the staff asked to wait for at least an hour outside, since we’re not allowed to sit inside to wait, so we went to the nearby coffee shop to have a drink, but THE COFFEE IS NOT EVEN HERE YET, AND THE STAFF ALREADY CALLED US TO GO IN! so? Do we just leave and pay the cup of coffee without drinking? and after we arrived there (maybe we were late for 5 minutes), we walked in STAFF SAID PLEASE CONTINUE WAITING SINCE WE CALLED YOU TO COME IN BUT SOMEONE CAME IN BEFORE YOU AGAIN? Pleasee please please. I dont mind all asking us to wait but please, change the attitude of your staffs, even a professional do not show attitude but the nurses do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staffs’ attitude. i took grab car over and they asked me to wait outside. Don’t mind waiting but No one is inside but not allowed still to sit. If it’s S.O.P, understandable, but NO ONE IS INSIDE! Not considerate at all. staffs attitude is very very bad.
Doctor, you’re good but please do adviced to have a meeting with your staffs
