โ โ โ โ โ We use to buy the care, the food, the snacks for our dog in this place. The owner was not particularly friendly but supply was ok. I bought today a new collar (RM15) but realised at home it was too big. I wanted to return it immediately and with receipt but the lady BOSS refused to exchange it. Surely not human friendly and 0 care for even regular customer. Well she just lost one for miserable rM15. Will never go there again.
