β β β β β Nurses are all friendly, helfpful and kind hearted. I came here for opening pregnancy book on monday and did not make any appointment. My area is BSP21 which should be on Wednesday and Thursday. Hence, she still register me though i might end up until evening since they will prioritise the patients from today's specific area. But the nurse let me register but to remind for all mothers opening pink book must call or come to clinic first to ask for specific day depending on your house area. The general phone number cannot be used temporarily, but they told me it got fixed. Should be able to use the number in 2 3 weeks. Later i'll try to take picture of the appointment day by area.

β β β β β Waiting time really depends on the type of cases. For pregnant ladies yes usually quite long, at least 2 hours. However if don't need to see doctor then can go home earlier. Nurses are friendly. Ample parking lots. Can get result with less than 20 mins for certain blood or urine test. Things to be improved is to be able to advice roughly how long patients need to wait so can go do other stuff first rather than just waiting.

β β β β β Nurses and doctors are great. Professional and friendly.
Just one concern. Only one functional female toilet (another one out of order since day 1 I was here in July) poor moms need to line up every time check up to collect urine sample for testing, and not mentioning the cleanliness of the toilet is an area to improve too.

β β β β β Came to KKIA. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. BSP residents belong to zone F, and BSP21 residents should come on Tuesday. However it depends if the nurse on duty is on leave. Better call and make appointment first if this is your first time coming to KKIA. I came at 7.30am, start meeting nurse at 9am and leave around 10.30am (after some questionnaire by nurse, blood test, urine test, breast checking and talked to doctor). The clinic do not have enough seat for all the patient especially in the klinik penyakit luar. The toilet is quite dirty too. But my overall experience are good.
