★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience for me. Sy sakit gigi dari hari ahad. Tp disebabkn public holiday, cny holiday klinik hanya akan buka hari selasa. Pd hari selasa, sy call clinic, tanya buka sampai pukul berapa? Ok, org yg sambut call bgtau sampai pukul 12tgh shj tiap hari. So, sy xsempat la nk pg sebab nk ambil anak yg sekolah lg. Sy decide dtg the nx day, rabu pagi. Sy angkut semua anak seawal 7am dah sampai. Klinik pun blm buka. Bila kaunter dh buka, sy tanya utk rawatan gigi, eh, dia bgtau gigi hanya setiap hari selasa aje, pukul 9am - 12tgh shj. Semalam masa call ckp lain.. Apeniiii?? Org tgh sakit gigi kot. Kenapa tak bgtau info yg betul??? Kementerian pun satu, tolonglah pantau.. Jenjarom ni dh ramai org kot. Bukan zaman pak kaduk dulu yg cuma ada 2 3 kerat aje. Org nk dptkn rawatan pun susah. Buatlah operation hour lebih sikit. Ni cuma hari selasa aje. Sooooo dissapointed.
Bad experience for me. I had toothache from Sunday. But because of the public holiday, the holiday clinic will only open on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I call the clinic, how many hours is it open? Ok, people who answer the call up to 12 pm daily. So, I went to school because they took my kids to school. I decide on the nx day, Wednesday morning. I carried all the children as early as 7am. The clinic is not open yet. When the counter is open, he asks for dental treatment, eh, he comes in with his teeth only every Tuesday, 9am - 12pm. Last night call another call .. Apeniiii ?? Don't get a toothache. Why not find the right info ??? The ministry is one too, please watch out .. This Jenjarom is very crowded. It was not the time of the pack that there was only 2 3s. Or getting the treatment is difficult. Make the operation hours a little easier. It's just a Tuesday. Sooooo dissapointed.
