โ โ โ โ โ One of the few gateways to Langkawi island.
They were undergoing some refurbishments when I last went here. Ferry tickets are sold on the other side, while the terminal is across the road. The waiting area is actually spacious. However, the crowds can be humongous during holiday seasons.
The ferry service is reasonably-priced and usually on time. It would take around 40-60 minutes to reach Langkawi, subject to weather condition.
While waiting for the ferry to arrive, one can enjoy lokching and such that are sold outside - very delicious!
If you are planning to come here by car (usually most people do, anyway), there are parking lots (covered and open) available everywhere all around the jetty area. And please, do not lose the parking ticket! You can also take your car with you to Langkawi through Langkawi Ro Ro service.

โ โ โ โ โ What can i say, hello ocean breeze. Maybe because there were not many people during my visit here, so it was quite calm and serene. Got some interesting spots if you want to take some pictures. Overall, this was a trip that i will remember.
