★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak on time. Pi lewat 1 jam. Balik lewat 1 1/2jam. Kesian yg ada orang tua2 dan anak kecil tunggu lama. Dah la kena awai 1 jam dari schedule time untuk check in. Jd lagi lama dok tunggu. Atas kargo pula 2jam. Staff pula tak berapa mesra dan efisyen buat kerja. Harap ada penambahbaikkan.
 Not on time. It will take 1 hour. Return by 1 1 / 2hrs. Poor parents and little children wait a long time. He has 1 hour of scheduled time to check in. It won't be long. The cargo is 2 hours. The staff is not too friendly and efficient at work. Please make improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bawak naik kereta pukul 11 suku..depa kata kena cepat jgn lengah nanti air surut. Atas kapal 3 jam melanguk tak gerak2..kami call office depa kata ada technical prob. Rupa2nya tunggu lori ayam sampai lewat. Sorg pun staff xada inform gerak ferry lewat. Minta maaf pun xada. Depa igt kami tak ada program kami ka?. Asal ferry patut gerak pukul 12 last2 2.30pm bru gerak. Bayar bukan murah.
