★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found myself a sudden Cat Dad to a stray cat and needed to get my new Kitten taken care of. Jhan Vet was very responsive even when I called in to ask what I should/can do. At the point of the phone call, they offered me good advice, depsite not securing any business from me. I appreciate experts who give some consulation/advice like this.
So, when I finally came in a few days later, the Reception Desk team recalled who I was and again guided me on my options to suit my budget. In the end, I had my newly adopted cat flea treated, dewormed and neutered as per my needs.
The price was fair for the level of service and the goods sold. I am most pleased with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be my favorite veterinary clinic. Three of my cats used to have their check up routine there (+- 1 year and half). But now, I realized they're no longer practice their professionalism. They dont really care like they used too. They only want to add on unrelated supplementation/service and put a MASSIVE charged on it.
I am a Pharmacist. I know they ridiculously charged the medication price, but I still come over because I love the consultation. But now, this place will no longer be my favorite clinic. For all staffs and Drs, please be professional. People come because of your service and care. Thus, dont be a petshop, be a good Jhan veterinary clinic that I used to know. Thank you ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not my favorite anymore. Totally different service from last 3 years. Try to call vet but hardly to reach or get anyone pick up. So i need to come to follow up my cat. just read the review, not only me felt the same way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet was super friendly! Will definitely come again to get consultation services. Unfortunately, the moody receptionist killed the joy. Sometimes she sounded friendly but most of the time she was showing some attitude to the customers. Please consider getting trainings in customer service. The clinic has already have the nice branding image from the outlook but the receptionist just spoiled the premium feel of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE! My cat got illnesses like fever, colds and fungus as soon as boarding at this clinic. The price of medicine is very expensive and not worth it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, didn't seem to do a thorough checkup on my cat. After check up, sent for grooming but then my cat had a rash and swollen around his nail. Only explanation i got 'probably misstep'. Also told he was born with one nail at the back missing?(suddenly after all this time, even other vets or grooming centre didn told me this). Receptionist gave off that unfriendly vibe as well. I think only the female doc is nice lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and professional.Tests were done immediately to diagnose my cat condition and medications were prescribed.I am glad that I know the actual cause of the issue. It was definitely worth the price paid.
