We have booking one kitten and we bring him back after one month..the breeder was so nice and told us he will take care well the kitten before we bring him back. Got it 2 days ago, when we went to the pet shop we found kitten have eyes bacteria attack he eyes is very red and keep tearing. And the breeder said this is normal, and he keep said he will give us warranty for this. We trust him via we doesn' have any experience on baby kitten. We bring him to the vet before home after full body check the doctor said kitten have really serious bacteria problem on his eyes and seems like happens a while and also fungal problem on his full body and the serious ears mites. And doctor said kitten was so tiny so slim. Hurt to see him like this. After that we told breeder thats all docter told us. He keep to said everything is normal and won't do any responsibility on this. We are mad but we love the kitten so much so we're not argue anymore. Btw doctor told us if we didn't mention on those problem the kitten will die. Pls don't make any purchase on here

Many places were fully booked.
Went through reviews and i found this place, booked it for my cat. Monday - Saturday, checked out on Friday.
Left my cat with such uneasy heart and it disturbed my mind!!!
1. NEEDS URGENT IMPROVEMENT
- unprofessional boarding management system
- staff seemed clueless
- unprepared "rooms"
- small space filled with cages and wardrobe-like "rooms"
- stench smell
- poor hygiene
- lack of updates (cats photos/videos), unless we asked for it
2. NO REFUNDS
- full payment is to be done after checking in
- no black and white for 50% off refund for checking out days earlier than your booking date
- checked out days earlier with no refunds
- no receipt etc.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- poor and unprofessional
- handed over my cat's carrier with such strong STENCH all over the bag
- misplaced my cat's toy (then later found it)
I JUST WANT TO SAY,
THANK GOD MY CAT IS SAFE FROM THIS NIGHTMARE.
Sent my cat for grooming at a usual place and THANK GOD THERE WAS NO SIGN OF FLEAS.
Meows parents please stay alert, and prioritise our cats' health and safety.
Will i be sending my cat here again? I'm sorry, never again.
