★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jia Yi is a bubble tea shop in Sutera, Johor. The shop serves a wide range of bubble tea including charcoal milk tea, matcha milk tea, special milk tea series, etc. The price is reasonable and the beverages taste good. Do expect a long waiting time if you visit the shop at late night. It is a popular spot among the youth. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is acceptable and consider cheap compare to all the other competitors around that area. BUT THE DRINKS HERE IS THE BEST AMONG OTHERS! I seriously have to admit that their milktea has stronger aroma of tea and the mini pearl they used is chewy and they gave quite a lot of pearl actually. Carpark is not that hard to look for (at least for me) except for peak hour. The environment is quite suitable for gathering, but its a bit noisy, not suitable for study. Service provided is not bad too. This is the only milktea shop that i will keep visiting everytime (not a big milktea fan) and I eventually stop visiting other milktea shops but only this one lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple interior design inside, lots of tables and chairs outside. Lots of people chatting loud and hard to chit chat with Friends. Ordered charcoal roasted milk tea with baby bubbles. But not really like baby bubbles cos hard to chew. No one clean the table for you, have to do it yourself. No dust bin provide except the one in restroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update. From 5 star to 3 star and now giving 1 star. Now not even handsoap available, no toilet roll and no effort made to improve. ?Service is ok. Drinks are reasonably priced. Loudspeaker is so loud like disco, you can't have a peaceful conversation with friends. The aircon looks like it has never been serviced in 2 years. As for toilet, you have to stand in an awkward position just to close the door. The owner makes enough profit from the business but doesn't put anything back to improve ambience. Sad...
