BEWARE OF THIS AGENT named VJ. He is unprofessional and dishonest. Probably he like a scammer. He claimed to have wash our house curtains and clean up the whole house before handling over the key. Omg...i was being scam by this person. He charged rm400 for it. As he said, he will hired professional cleaner and send those curtains to laundry shop. Whereby, house was only 5% clean which mean nothing is being done and destroyed all the curtains by drying it in a hot dryer. I am sure he wash it at self service laundry. He is just trying to cheat both owner and tenant.
