★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started house hunting late February and it was a pain. We've met so many agents and viewed so many houses. None fit our requirements. That was until we chanced upon the listing on PropertyGuru. By luck, the listing went up 2 - 3 days ago from the time we saw it and we managed to set an appointment for the viewing.
From the get go, the agents here, Jimmy and his partner, were very professional and easy to talk to. We arrived at the viewing appointment and met the landlord who had tagged along, and that was the best experience out of the many viewings we've had. In fact, we decided on the house in the same session.
The whole process up to getting the keys handover as well as signing the agreement was a breeze thanks to Jimmy and his partner. They took the time to explain in detail to us and the landlord the terms in the agreement and broke it down into simple examples. Jimmy also walked us through the inventory list in detail. No other agents had done this in our experience.
All in all, kudos for the excellent service! We'll definitely get in touch with Jimmy again if we ever need to look for another place.
