BKT was a let down. Four pieces of pork belly and ribs with some fu pei. Herbs in Soup base is overpowering.
Wild boar curry is over cooked and only taste the chilly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crispy big intestines porridge is incredibly crispy and tasty with a slight sweetnes on the outside of it, the vinegar pork trotters stew was very flavourful as well...the tang was just right and goes very well with rice, goes well with porridge as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is ok but portion is too small, no worth the price! Order 1 pax portion but only give 4 small pieces of meat with soup, thats all. No any vege or mushroom at all. Overprice!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The porridge here is good, I usually have it with the fried crispy big intestine. The pig trotter vinegar is just nice not too sour, the Chinese wine chicken had a nice sweet Chinese wine flavour, the bak kut teh is a mild Chinese herb soup not the peppery kind. This is a very satisfying meal.
