This place is amazing! Clean with a classy feel. The food was perfect. I had to try a few items on the menu and they were all on point! Thanks to the server’s recommendation on quantity, I was able to finish all my food without feeling too full. Truly a delicious experience! The wagyu meats were mouth watering just to look at. The service was excellent and prompt. Price is reasonable. Will definitely come back for more! Foodie tips: Don’t overcook your wagyu on that hot grill! Maybe about 30 seconds each side then add salt and pepper to tase after grilling. ? ?

Been here a couple of times and love the food. So I'm just going to do a review for lunch and dinner (we went on different occasions) at one go. Ambience: The place is well decorated interior-wise. The artificial Sakura tree does give a Japanese theme to it. Restrooms are clean and so is everywhere else in the restaurant. The staff was always going around cleaning, that's a great point. Dinner: We were recommended to take the special yakiniku platter which consists of 8 types of cut. The waiter was kind enough to demo and cook for us and he said during busy hours, they could just do the demo. - Yakiniku 8 types: Great! Value for money as well. My favourite cut is the Sotomomo. The meat is super tender and it just melted in my mouth. The platter is specially marinated in a few types of fruit which gives a sour taste but with sprinkles of black pepper and salt, the taste isn't distinctive. A special dip was served together with the meat but it wasn't for me as it had strong taucu taste but it is supposed to go well with the meat. We like our meat medium rare so basically just 30-45 secs for each side depending on the cut. - Chicken Teriyaki: Taste different from a typical Malaysionised Japanese restaurant. The batter coat was really thin, which is good because you don't get quesy easily. The amount of teriyaki sauce coat is also minimal retaining the taste of the chicken. Definitely for future order. - Scallop on grill: Don't remember what it's called but it was part of the monthly promotion. It didn't taste anything special, my partner loved it tho, but if I were to compare, I love meat on the grill better. Good for seafood enthusiast. Lunch: - We ordered our favorite Yakiniku Platter. Taste great but this time around, the cuts were more marble, it was juicier and more tender. This is our all time favourite. Actually this set is alot for 2 pax, could also be shared by 3-4. Towards the end of the meal, we almost couldn't finish our food, but to avoid wastage, we forced ourself ? - Hotate Mentai for appetizer. The amount of cheese/cream was right and it was flamed torched giving it a slightly burnt taste. I prefer this over the grilled scallop but my partner preferred the grilled scallop. Personal preference. - Lunch Set of Teriyaki Chicken. The teriyaki chicken was different compared to the dinner but portion was just as big. The chicken was a bit crispy on the top, I preferred the former version. The chicken was on a bed of rice with salad and eggs. Came with side dishes of miso, cawanmushi, gyozas, and pickles. Gyoza was a bit overcooked but it did not spoil the overall experience. - There was a few selection of lunch set and I must say that the lunches are value for money. Our next visit might also be during lunch as I find it more relaxing compared to dinner (even tho the window is short). We really took our time to enjoy the food compared to dinner where we were in a rush because it was almost closing hour. Anything else? - Love the sauce/dip bar. The condiments are readily available for guests to try each and one of it. My favourite would be the spicy soy sauce and the green sambal. It's really spicy ? so not for the faint of heart. There are other sauce options. - Free flow of green tea. You can get it yourself or the staff as they refill everytime they see the glass is empty. - The staffs were really sweet and attentive BUT during lunch I was a bit annoyed. Nothing big but I feel like it needs to be mentioned here for constructive criticism -- we drove a normal car, nothing fancy and when we wanted to park at the designated parking area for customers, a slim chinese waitress was running towards us to let us know that we can't park there. I asked her if the place is closed, she said no and without apologizing -- let us in ? We are plain simple folks but we do enjoy a good meal ? so please don't judge. Customer service should go on par with the food. For this, it lose a star in the review.

Sucks. Rm72 for a awful premium bento better i go eat bbq hotpot buffet somewhere else. Rice tastier than the main dish - Wagyu beef. The beef is more than well done , overcooked at its max. Totally cannot tell its wagyu beef, i thought just normal beef sellin anywhere. Hard, tough, chewy, not melting in mouth like i used to eat at other place. Wasted

Wagyu beef are fresh they can't go wrong as long as the sources are correct. It would be better if the restaurant can keep up the ambiance vs the quality of food served, it would make the dining experience much pleasant! Premium price tag, good foods, but not with premium environment, utensils, tableware.

Commendable dining experience: 1. Super good beef (we got a set to BBQ) i loved the ribloin and sirloin the most 2. They set up a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIGN for my partner wow. (I only casually asked if teppanyaki dining or main dining is better for a bday meal) 3. They put candles in our dessert and played the bday song :,) 4. All the staff were very professional and helpful and cheery 5. There were a few mozzies at the table and they helped to plug in a mozzie repellent near us so the issue was gone Will definitely go back again!

Been there twice on Dec, the wagyu really taste good especially the fatty potion. Special recommend to add on the sirloin for better taste experince. Table arrangement are spacious, well train staff, from the gentleman serving at front door parking and the staff inside the dining area. Suggest to reduce the lean meat potion on the package. And get a 'call button' for the upstair as it's hard to get staff attention especially busy hour.

A much talked publish trendy restaurant.. deco was good and parking was alright.. service was excellent from the staff kudos to all of them. Wish they had a tipping box for us to show our appreciation upon leaving.. however I sense the meat is frozen base as I did not seem to taste freshness and sweetness of the meat like wat my friends experience in Japan hence was wondering about it. The display tray of the beef was good and the choices varies based on the set u ordered. Glad seafood offering was also there with large prawns cuttlefish and slice fish too. U have the choice of soup or grill overall I was impressed and I will be back trying other sets menu.. BTW staunt Moslem .. for Japanese dining with their beer is normal so don't be offended with that.
