★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is relatively new opening in November 2021. Have tried a few vendors. The Thai vendor is very good. As you enter there is a vendor on your right that does wonderful dumplings. Drink service is quick. As it is fairly close to where we live we will be coming here on a regular basis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious food centre, with parking in the compound and also along the road outside. On average ok, nothing spectacular, but convenient for the people there. Many choices of hawker food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestled behind a plant nursery behind the Tanjung Bungah market sits this food court - JJ Garden. Don't bother driving into the entrance of the venue as you can be assured that the limited space car park is probably full, unless it's an off peak period. Better to park on the main road and walk in through the nursery, as I did.
A large, covered, airy, brightly lit food court greets you with food stalls that form a ring around the perimeter of the place. A wide variety of Penang ubiquitous favourites can be found here: Hokkien Mee, Lor Bak, Char Koay Teow, Koay Teow Thng, grilled seafood and more can be found selling alongside some international fare from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan and more.
Some of Penang's local favourites, normally based in other parts of Penang, have opened branches here, including noodles from Taman Lip Sin, Swatow Lane's Ice Kachang and a few more.
Not everything is "the best" but adequately good enough to satisfy the folks staying in the Tanjung Bungah area. I also noticed quite a few foreigners around, as the food court presents a good way to sample the delights found all over Penang.
All-in-all, I would put this down as a neighbourhood food court, not exactly a must visit. But it's good enough to satisfy most people.

The environment and surroundings are clean and nice!
The Ice Kacang or Cendol is a killer!
Tips:-
1. Limited carpark space as mostly will parked by the roadside.
2. Proper toilets are located and cleaned.
3. Behind the food court, there's an awesome hidden garden with hut for a place to have drinking session in a group!

And the toilet are hidden just next to car park.
Don't be mistaken the right was for male left was for female. Don't enter the wrong room.
Behind the food court there a hidden outdoor bar and Dimsum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice new and clean place with a variety of stalls catering for all sorts of tastes. I’m not commenting on the food as much as the place, because obviously each different stall holder will have their own products and some will please more than others.
But it seems well run and organised, good ventilation and fans and is comfortable.
At the other end is a garden area with a few other establishments - one is a drinking place with some light food, the other serves dumplings in the morning and hot pot and night. We will certainly try them as they look nice.
The garden area is not fully completed so one needs to be a bit patient, but it seems to have lots of potential to be a nice spot to eat and relax once fully done.
