★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. I paid RM50 for facilities that I didn't enjoy in the end and the refund of that said payment take exactly 2 months/40 working days (several calls and visits ). According to the staff, function hall deposits will take 30 working days with no interest paid upon refund. Mine? After cat chasing and email shooting, 37 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company lacks a culture of responsibility, accountability and integrity. There's a lot of internal miscommunication and blaming going on. They even blame the property owners. There's no sense of urgency and risk management is extremely poor. Customer feedbacks are being ignored, and no proper records at all despite having good number of admin staff. Their actions taken when issue arise, make us wonder whether they have any knowledge on building management at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This so called management company has no integrity at all. Property are being managed unprofessional and badly. Directors, managers and staff are super arrogant to owners. Absent when things happened, unresponsive most of the time. Always being passive-aggressive and always defensive without getting their job done. Please think hard when acquiring their services. They will sell you clouds and unicorns, the fact is their lousy work and services has been justified. Two words to sum it all, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST.
