★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Joanne, refused to refund me when her facialist decided to quit. I paid 2888 for their unlimited one year facial package. In addition, I paid another 200 ringgit something for their "membership package". Now that the facialist is leaving, I can't guarantee their new facialist would be as good as this one. So I decided to not proceed my package in the hope that I can at least get back some refunds. She told me that she is not earning enough to cover my refunds. Please bear in mind that I paid almost 3k to you AT ONCE. So far, I only did less than 5 times facial session. Can you please do the math before you tell your customer you have "no money" to refund. Is that the way you do your business? Apart from that, I had a terrible acne breakout from their so called "MTS" treatment. It was under the 2888 package. Thankfully my facialist changed to the other product on my recent facial session. Guys please think twice before you decide to sign any package with this beauty studio. She doesn't want to bear any responsibilities if something like this happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time of face wash. They have a fair package for the price and they are professional too compare to theirs surrounding shop. They are using Orifera Rose Face Oil. According to them said that the face oil is to lighten pigmentation & improved dullness of my skin. It's true that they using high quality of oil.
