Second visit after 5days the staff didint give a good service for my hair. Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service,I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst experience I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly, rude and an awful service after asking for redo. . I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free . They are desperate for customers as well... Not worth for what i spent $ ... ....
Lastly after the redo also the colour get too dark because i don't know what colour to choose...
Waste my time for 2 session wasted my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my first experience here & I am so happy with the results! Tried out many different places before but the hairstylists never understood what I want, luckily Joe Kong was my consultant & he helped me a lot.
Finally got a hair colour that I'm satisfied with & would definitely return frequently. Everyone was super nice & patient, they explained everything they did to help me understand. Would recommend to try this place out!

She understand preferences. Bought a package so i can always come back and look for her. The hair stylist (joe) very attentive too! I will always come back to them!

I want to personally compliment hairstylist Joe on her professionalism. She was very accommodating and friendly. She made sure to explain every steps so that I know what she was doing. She also gave me advices on how to style my hair and how to take care of my hair. Would definitely return and recommend this salon to others! ??♀️
