โ โ โ โ โ Pricewise, a bit expensive than pet shop in mall but grooming and hotel service for pets are okay. The staffs are good in giving advices to customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Bring my dog go over for basic grooming, in the end skin sensitive,kutu bite, hair become super dry, didnโt help to cut foot hair. Pay money for nothing. In the end I need to go another pet shop for grooming again.

โ โ โ โ โ Oh, I love purchasing my cat items here. Staff are all attentive and friendly. If you want to make sure the items you wish to buy are available, you can directly call them before you go to the shop. If you have problem with this shop, dude, you have problem with yourself actually. So far my experience with the shop is excellent ??????. No problem. Please do not expect shops to keep your purchasing record. Who are you, a royal? ? And, this is not Shopee or Lazada, where your purchasing record is kept. Duh ?

โ โ โ โ โ Had a very bad experience with the staff today. Wanted to purchase cat's food & pine wood, unfortunately they do not have my record accurately. Ended i have to wait for 20 minutes outside the shop while waiting for other customer to finish their shopping inside - due to CMCO. I am OK to wait if they could give an explanation. Instead of explaining, they give me a smirk face from the male staff. As for the cashier, she's showing a very unfriendly face. They're not being attentive at all.
Being a member does not give the advantage of accurate records of purchase. If they have accurate record, they can just get me the items requested base on the purchase records. Such a disappointment.
