β β β β β Lousy customer service. 15th April 2021 6.25pm. Been standing outside the shop for more than 10 mins and made me wait outside. One other customer inside the store but the store is not exactly a shoe box. Why make me wait outside for? I rather go back to Nu Sentral store.

Staff's name Michael was very helpful and provide an excellent customer service to me and my husband from the moment I step in their shop. At last I choose English Pear & Freesia Cologne. The smell so good!! Definitely I will come again. Strongly recommended for those who want to buy JML. Happy Shopping ?

β β β β β I don't even want to give any star to be honest, my spouse used to come here to purchase but today we went there around 8pm plus but the guy who served us was very rude and arrogant! Won't be coming to this branch ever again, ended up we went to buy diptyque perfume at the Gardens. Please train your staff well with a proper attitude.

Saw the entrance was not manned and ribbon was not closed so I proceed to scan QR mysejahtera to check in and enter the shop. Upon entering halfway, sales person quickly ran towards me & βhalauβ me out. Apparently not even exceeding the 11 customer limit (based on their signboard) at that time when I enter. If you want to control crowd, pls assign person at the entrance and closed the ribbon.
Perhaps maybe I wore shorts, like what others had commented who experienced the same as well if βunderdressedβ
Very unfriendly service and unpleasant experience ????
Iβll just purchase via online then ?

β β β β β I was disappointed with the service here.
I wanted to splurge a little on a nice smell as the start of the new year but the staffs there, they werenβt rude but they werenβt friendly nor knowledgeable or service etiquette. Body shop or innisfree does better than them, even LV, Dior or Hermes! They donβt judge you!
I end up not buying anything eventho I have the intention of buying one because the staff was staring at me thinking which to buy, instead of giving me a space or even explain details of each perfume.
Putting it here because I hope they improve in their services.

β β β β β Very nice line of perfume fragrances. The sales person who attended to me was very judgemental. Whenever I wanted to try any fragrance, she would unwillingly let me try. She thought I will not purchase anything. But I ended up liking one and purchased it. After that only, she was very friendly and talking properly. The packaging and engraving was very nice.
