β β β β β BAD EXPERIENCE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I CAME TO FIND PERFUME FOR MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY. ASKING THE SALESGIRL FOR RECOMMENDATION BUT SHE ONLY GAVE ME TO SMELL ONE PERFUME WHICH DOESN'T SMELL ATTRACTIVE. I ASKED IF THERE IS ANY OTHER RECOMMENDED PERFUME I CAM TRY, AFTER THAT SHE IGNORED ME WHILE THE OTHER SALESGIRL ALSO JUST STANDING WITHOUT ENTERTAINING THE CUSTOMER.

β β β β β Brilliant variety of Asian cosmetics. I loved having a browse. The store attendant helped me find what I needed and gave me space when I was just browsing. I had a great experience shopping here and would go back if time permits in this trip!

β β β β β Visit on 30 December around 1.30pm. The services not good from midvalley sasa. I used to answer them don't serves me and I will shop around by my own when I enter the shop.But they insist to interrupt me evertime.They introduce always be interrupt by me as I have my own decide on the product which I interest and study.They always only introduce the product with super expensive product and force customer to buying that. When I said no and thank you then they will gather together and said something bad in fornt of me. Dont feel comfort to shop at Sasa evertime. Please respect customer feeling. Said no need your serves means No!Your interrupt will only make me end up never spend any on your product.

β β β β β One of my beauty stores, beauty schools. This Sasa store is pretty much , like the rest in other shopping malls, offering beauty products. The known and unknown brands. Korean products are quite a thing as well. Customer service in this Sasa on this day must be truly applauded. I told the darling doll SA what I am looking for and she in return put me in front the brand. Precisely the lippie I was wanted. Thatβs about all I bought, but sure, if I am in Mid Valley, I will drop by in Sasa for picking up other products.

β β β β β Very bad experience here, asking for sample for perfume. When I want to pull down my mask to smell the perfume sample, the female SA won't allowed it. This is so ridiculous!! You really think with mask on smell the perfume sample will be accurate??

β β β β β Small SASA store located on ground floor of Mid Valley shopping mall. Plenty of items mainly for ladies, on make-up items. Price is rather reasonable. Service was pleasant as the staffs were helpful.
