★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time i went, told a guy to kemaskan the curly hair. Dude understood the assignment. It was great. 2nd time and last time, said the same thing to a different guy, dude didn't understand the assignment. Worst haircut I've ever got (literally worse than the cheap indian barber) Now I'm going around with a cap for the next 3 months. So, you dont know what you'll get

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Choose customer who look "kaya" je. Visit 4 times, only 1 time able to get haircut. At 9:00PM, already decline walk-in customer. If busy paham sangat, tapi ni sibuk duduk berkumpul main phone. ? the best CX for Joe's is at WM or KD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came during the weekday shortly after the shop opened at noon. I had to wait roughly 20 minutes and the haircut took about 45-60 minutes - which is a bit on the longer side. Having said that, it was well worth the wait and I received one of the best fades I've ever gotten. Note: I saw other barbers do a couple of haircuts by the time my barber finished with me, so haircut time will vary based on your individual needs.
As an African-American man living in Southeast Asia, I've found that some barbers have issues working with curlier hair types, but my barber Nizen was excellent with expert attention to detail. He finished with a straight edge razor line up and beard trim that really accentuated the rest of the haircut.
My only regret is that I'm only in KL for one week, as I would otherwise be sure to make this my new go-to barbershop. Price, quality, and service -- I give all 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go this barber bcs my usual barber is not around for PKP. For 25 ringgit, I get a mediocre uneven haircut. I had to alter it myself at home. I noticed that when I went our after cutting my hair. The hair at the back keep jutting out of my hair. I showered and realized it’s uneven!!! Horrible experience. The barber also not good with razor blade and left me scratches around my neck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am bombarded by utter disappointment and rage. I've gave this barber many chances, going back twice or even three times, and still not once I feel satisfied. Not only I did not feel satisfied with the haircut they did, but also the service. I came by the barber with group of workers smoking outside. Even immediately after they unwrap and brush the hair off my neck, they literally dashed off outside to smoke. To describe how the haircut felt like, It was exactly like they took random people off the streets and made them cut people's hair. Whoever reading this, I am saying this deep in my heart, do not and never go to this joe barber place in TTDI, maybe other joe barber places are ok but TTDI is NOT okay. Please, do not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good vibe, well worth it. Afiq did a class job cutting my hair. But do note that they don't use shaving cream to shave, only water. Definitely will be a regular customer.
