★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication skill ai zero, they can’t understand English but they pretend. I doubt The guy who cut my hair to be hairdresser, i had to ask him and till him in details what to do.
Poor service non welcoming place even.

The hairdresser was rude, arrogant and not welcoming. I showed her a photo reference of what haircut I wanted, but she clearly didn't understand the assignment but continue to pretend that she does. Although I emphasis on not cutting too much hair & just wanted a trim, she proceeds on shaving almost all my hair off. Looking at the shaven part, it was obvious the hairdresser lacks skill in operating the machinery. It was uneven and had bald spots here and there. Lastly, she didnt even use razor to finish the haircut. Better to go to a normal barber, not only it's cheaper, they will make sure your haircut will look neat l because that's the first I do after I left the place. A truly horrible expensive experience sia.
