★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr John Tan is an experienced ENT Specialist having been a Senior lecturer before. He takes time to examine patients after hearing of their ENT problems. His advise and medications are current. The charges are reasonable and he is a friendly doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommend this clinic.
1. The clinic is not opened as per business hour.
2. Waited in front of the clinic for at least 15 min, then decided to call the mobile number showed at the door to enquiry about the business hour. Ended up being scolded by the lady who picked up the phone.
3. Came back to the clinic same day in the afternoon, waited for more than half an hour before seeing the unprofessional doctor which could not bother to look at my problem. "Just sore throat", he said, and kicked me out from his room whereas a fish bone was found in my throat by a kind and sincere doctor from general clinic.
4. After all this, he charged me for RM300 for a conversation that last for less than 10 minutes and one bar of panadol.
Poor service. Bad attitude. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr John Tan is not professional at all. Lousy service, did an endoscopy but still couldn't diagnose my problem. I entered the room for less than 10 minutes and got charge with an exorbitant amount for my bill. I highly advice not to return and save your money to spend it on better doctors who can give better diagnosis, service and attitude.
