★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous arrangements when you have to wait to be seated. You are told to wait on the bench in front of the outlet, the entrance was manned by one staff and clients were arranged by the number of pax and not first come first served. Some got upset and left without patronising. It is a shame to loose the clients and am sure they will not return in short period of time. Do something, management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really feel so frustrated with the restaurant. I ordered using Food Panda but it takes around 2 hours and when I called they just prepared by food. And keep on saying foodpanda problem. Is it you don’t know how to manage the FoodPanda order? Hello?!! You think I don’t know how foodpanda works? I always ordered using FoodPanda and I can also consider if it’s raining. The Palm Mall and my house really near...LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! And keep on saying my order has been taken by the rider. The funniest thing you mentioned and contacted me saying that is the rider and the phone cracked that’s the reason unable to delivered after you mentioned to me it has been taken away by the rider??!! And at the end I need to cancelled the order after 2 hours!!! Please don’t make an excuse and do drama with your customer. You should Appreciate loyal customer. I always eat at Johnny’s S2 but their service is good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Staff was very slow in serving the food. Many people was waiting for a long time when I went. To make matters worse, when asking the staff on how long do I have to wait for the food, she just replied ‘wait’. And when the food did come, it was cold. Will not be going again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the WORST restaurant I have ever been to.SERIOUSLY without a doubt this is the worse . Disgusting food, poor service, long waiting time, unfriendly staffs.. Rasanya makanan kat warung lagi sedap..

That rm4.50 mamak fried rice taste better vs your Rm15.i wonder how humans still supporting this kind of f & b outlets. Waste of money and time. Doesn't even deserve a star. I don't mind teaching you chef to cook!
