β β β β β Food and drink overall 7/10. The bad things is, it takes too long to received the food. Request 1 extra plate but the staff didn't give to me, need to said it again to the other staff. By the time want to pay the bill, still not received our dessert, I cancel it and no sorry from the staff. Management should do something, because the place and the taste of food quite nice. Hopefully upgrade your service.

β β β β β 8:30pm on a Saturday evening for a walk-in session.... AND denied entry as the place is "FULLY BOOKED!!!" I counted 4 empty tables and some just needs cleanup from previous patrons. WHAT THE...! And we thought the pandemic is killing the restaurants. Now they are turning customers AWAY! Maybe the pandemic does need to "teach" that humanity and mankind are still more important than dollar and sen. Never will set foot to Johnny's BTS!!! Good luck in screwing more customers

β β β β β They have a great Red Rubies with plenty of water chestnuts. The price can be considered reasonable. The customer service, however, is a bit messy and confusing. Please improve your management.

β β β β β Sedap. The goreng2 is very good and flavourful. They use robot to send food so the service is quite fast. The staff are polite also. This is my first time trying johnnyβs after few years (sebab previously the food taste is hambar) and im quite impressed with this outlet.

β β β β β Its had been renewed. Looks great. Many seats. However only 1-2 waiter, but its okay not too slow. Coz they have this cutie robot who sends u ur food! Its so polite haha. Tables bit small. The hotpot was yummy-liked the chicken broth very much. The fried belacan rice, kerabu mangga and glassnoodle also nice, sauce was yummy too. They forgot our plain rice tho hahhaa. Reasonable price.
