Nice and always jam, making it an unpleasant travel whenever there is a festive season. Chinese New Years is the worst time to travel pass here. Here is a series on traveling from Woodland check point to Larkin Bus Station to the immigration and finally back to Singapore MRT.

Very lost and long queue. Not organised and staffs not friendly. Signage either half way gone or broken. Toilet cleaniless is low quality, smelly. Officer attitude is not good and sounds very rude.

Not sure why CIQ allows its immigration officers at the booth to turn off all light, thereby giving the impression no one is inside. If you miss it thinking it is dark, they will shout at you to turn back. Bad service

What year are we already in? What are toll difference between sg and msia? Yet here we are, waiting on slow chops and stamps. Queuing forever long. Stagnant. Little to no improvements. Simply lack of care.

Please bring enough water and food. You may queue up to 4-5 hrs just to cross the Royal Malaysian custom at JB. Recommend to bring portable chairs (Decathlon have it) You will know it really useful at JB custom side. Power bank is recommended as you can watch 2-3 movies during your wait to clear the custom. Happy waiting ?

Utterly atrocious customs service for bus travellers. The officers are outright slackers with poor job attitude. Even when the queues are long with many travellers to clear, the officers take their own sweet time to stamp passports and even leave their posts at a whim leaving their counters closed. Some will gather to chat with each other while only one officer is actually working. The government should really upgrade their customs to an efficient automated biometric system like Singapore so travellers can quickly be cleared with less manpower. Then these useless officers will be rendered obsolete and they can be sacked as they ought to be.Fine example of the usual lazy inefficient Malaysian work ethics on display right here. ??

How is it possible that nowadays, when a smartphone can use advanced face recognition to unlock it, that we still need to queue for hours to just get a stamp? Add to that the fact the border officer have no common sense and that Singaporean suddenly start behaving impolite, cutting lanes, and you will have a no so great time there. The Singaporean custom is by far much much better with an excellent and efficient process. Learn from them Malaysia

Wait times can be really long at times, would appreciate some automated lanes for foreigners frankly. Nevertheless at least the air-conditioning is sufficient enough while waiting.
