★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum otherwise I will give 0 star!! First of all, we were told by the staff that they forgot to book our phototaking time slot hence requesting us to change date. My friend is working overseas and purposely flying back for this photoshoot. This is ridiculous! Such expensive package yet screw up simple thing like this! In the end we are forced to squeeze in their tight schedule. We still got the date we wanted so we did not pursue further. The story doesnt end here, when we receive the photos, we are so shocked and angry. Faces are over edit and we couldnt believe this is joiez bridal's product. I think anyone with basic photoshop skills can do better. We asked for re-edit and no response from joiez! During photoshoot, the boss promised will help to touchup the photos but none of them was followed up. We felt cheated. We are deeply disappointed Thumbs down joiez!! For this price you can get better services and photos elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for staffs service (good make up and hairdo), 1 star for overall photos outcome (after edits)..
Anyhow not recommended and it is overrated from the reviews.
The lost stars are due to not professional photographer aka the boss, no advices of during photograhy session, rude attitude (mayb too good business), boring poses, flirting with make up artist during photography, old gowns and poor quality gowns, not much choices eventhough they told u there will be new gowns in sometimes (u may need to looks from other bridal shops and gowns rental shops first) too bad i didnt compare first and jz look on the photos outcome from fb, if jz for photoshooting maybe ok but rent out for actual day not ok..
Conclusion not happy at all to taking photography there, even smiles nd to edit, and we are not the not one who faces these.. Believe or not, up to u..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive yet not worth for MONEY & VALUE package. Bad attitude and service. With such pricey package, yet still limited choices of gown and suit. I used to follow their social media and have some desired gown in my mind before went for fitting. When I showed them the gown I wish to fit, they said the gowns were being borrowed to other couples. I have no choice and forced to choose the gowns which I was not satisfied with. Other than that, we discovered they just change their photographer, I’m quite disappointed with the outcomes as the photos styles is not as “Joei*Z” style. There are much more incidents which I not mentioned here make me so disappointed. Highly not recommended else you will regret like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service are not up to our expectations. Most of the time it is us who reminded them instead of them providing the service to remind/advice us. The material you see in photo wasn't the exact thing you received either during photoshoot or actual day.
We supposed to have 2 shoots with their gown and 1 with our own clothes for outdoor. During photoshoot, they bring a gown for my wife for outdoor, instead of taking our own clothing. Nothing much was mentioned.
Due to RMCO, we told them we will be cancelling our dinner, the gown for dinner in the package wasn't needed so negotiated with them on the potential refund/rebate. It is then, they told us the gown for the outdoor photoshoot cost us hundreds.
This is not being honest with us and it is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and passionate staffs, together with the professional photographer with amazing artworks, here comes Joie * Z Bridal Gallery, a bridal house which has a well deserved reputation in Penang.
My wife and I enjoyed a lot in this pre-wedding photo shooting journey with Joie * Z Bridal Gallery. Due to MCO in Malaysia, we faced a lot of difficulties in arranging the schedule but Joie * Z Bridal Gallery is patience enough to listen to us and accommodate to our requests.
I would strongly recommend them, amazing service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied. Feel not worth it for Joiez Bridal's pricey package. Service we got was unfortunately below our expectations: 1. Salesgirl promised us photographer A and changed to photographer B on the photo-shooting day. 2. Bride's gowns were just okay, but groom's suits were not fitting. 3. Promised us transportation to outdoor shootings, yet we had to drive on our own together with their staffs. 4. Photographer did not take as many shots as necessary, leaving us limited photos to choose for the best ones. Advice: Don't make empty promises you can't keep just to increase your sales. We liked your style very much but service-wise, a lot of improvements needed. 10/10 won't recommend to friends.

Joewen is very friendly and patient in answering all my queries.
Thumbs up to photographer Zac for the nice angle in photoshooting and being friendly in explaining the album to us.
Thank you Joey, jia xin and another pretty girl (sorry I forget her name) for helping my husband and i in gown fitting session, make up and taking care of us especially in outdoor shooting.
Thank you JoieZ bridal for the beautifully done photos.
Really Appreciate for the efforts and thank you for leaving us good memories that can last for Our lifetime ❤️
