Why? Because it’s the truth! Hiding from your clients on the truth is a fraud! Please share it!
I wouldn't recommend this Wedding Decoration Company as they do not have empathy towards Wedding couple. A close friend of mine cancelled her Wedding in May 2020 due to Covid-19 and lockdown in Australia (Groom and Bride are from Australia), Lamour Wedding do not allow the refund. In June 2020, Bride's father passed away hence it is definitely a NO wedding due to Chinese custom. (at least for 3 years) I'm pretty sure you should know this since Weddings are your industry. And again, instead of reconsider the refund due to death ( especially immediate family ), you replied No again instead of giving some leeway into it. Death is an unpredictable situation and it is disappointing that your company has such a low value in understanding. We understand that businesses are not doing great but let me remind you that it does not affect YOU only, basically it is affecting everyone and this is not ethical at all! So to the rest of you who wants to consider Lamour Wedding as you decorator or whatsoever, Please think twice as there is not flexibility in their business value.
