★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go there again, based on the following reasons;
1) Spaghetti sea food was not edible, both by my spouse & my son..it was simply too spicy
2) Drink that I ordered wasnt delivered right to d end & yet was charged
3) Both Nasi Goreng Tomyam & Nasi 3 rasa were both tasteless for a price like that. Made a wrong choice of going there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good food but it'll never be the food you ordered. The service is so bad that it's as if there's no effort whatsoever. I would give one star if possible due to the whole experience. I wouldn't even recommend these place to people that are starving because the service is so bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to JOMBALI AEON BIG and ordered their mix tomyam. Despite the big portion, the tomyam taste nothing like tomyam. So tasteless and taste really weird. When I told one of the lady staff about their super tasteless and unpleasant taste tomyam, she just nod and made an annoyed face at me. Very unfriendly. I understand that no one likes to receive complains but sometimes you need one to improve your business/services. The amount we paid is not cheap so of course we would expect a decent food. Definitely would not come back to eat here. Waste of money.

Service: food preparation super slow. We just ordered soup and the grilled cheese rice with chicken. That’s it. It takes forever.
The waitress look at me with a sad/anxious face. I was like ... “girl!! Chill!!”. Well... overall ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fruit Rojak only have nenas, sengkuang and timun, bau timun hapak why? Macaroni and cheese, kedekut cheese, silang beef kueteow not as expected, normally beef kueteow have ginger, I didn't find any DNA of ginger in it. quite pricey for a lack of taste for the food and beverages. Chicken chop fried rice ok laa, but the fried rise berminyak, will Never come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorites menu has discontinued. But still showing the menu in the website. Ordered Nasi Goreng with Ayam Goreng, found kulit telur. We came in 1st,other ppl get the food 1st,next to our table. The waitress not so friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomyam RM12.90 with lotsssss of chicken, 3 prawns, squids, tomatoessss. Taste just OK, but I'm impressed with the portion!
Free WiFi too (ask the staff for password)
If u wanna order plain rice, the code is T02 (plain rice is not in menu ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service,ordered fried rice with lamb chop but the taste was so salty &too dry ,the black pepper sauce was too oily,but the worst part is all of the hot drinks we ordered was not well prepared and it’s warm at all !!?? Service ,appearance &menus totally not same with previous one( old place)& also quiet expensive compared quality . Owner please look back into this seriously. Currently ,not recommended ?.
