β β β β β Nice hotel, clean and helpful staff. Very good location with free parking. However the staircase light is a bit dim... A bit difficult to see the narrow steps at night time. Buy, it's a pleasant stay and will definitely come back.

β β β β β Great location including parking. Good premises except for the no-so-comfortable stairs. Rooms were fine enough but some typical decoration could be included on the empty walls, just to brighten the atmosphere a little!
For those who are bothered by the morning light, make sure the bathroom has curtains!

5 star for excellent service. A little gem in malacca not to be missed. Will stay there again. Had a wonderful stay there.

β β β β β Lovely spacious rooms with all the required amenities. Good hot water pressure in the shower, comfortable pillows and bed (extra pillows are in the drawers, cooling aircon and onsite parking with 24hrs front desk. It is located strategically at the end of Jonker Walk but has good sound insulation. Our room (202) was facing the main street and there was minimal noise coming through. We had good sleep over 2 nights. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and courteous. If you are considering this place over a few others in the Jonker Walk vicinity, dont waste time and just book, you will thank me later. This is a well maintained property with very good support staff.

β β β β β I spotted this hotel many years ago while walking down Jonker Walk and thought what a strategic location this hotel was. Since then, I have been wanting to book a room here and finally managed to do so 3 years down the road.
Jonker Boutique Hotel is a beautiful, clean and very well maintained hotel despite its exterior. The wooden parquet flooring and the black and white marbled tiled bathroom floor, makes this hotel a comfortable stay for tired tourists and burnt out corporate execs looking for a quick getaway. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. The location is superb as it is situated right in front of Jonker Night Market with lots of shops, eateries and heritage centres.
Though I never received any complimentary welcome drink nor anyone offered to carry my luggage to my room, the hospitality of the front office staff, Amy more than make up for it. She even offered to help me search for the nearest coffee shop when I needed to wake up early for a bike tour.
Overall, thumbs up for the wonderful stay and will definitely stay here for my next visit to Malacca.
