While this shop is probably more well know for its durian puffs, it also serves civet coffee. Sitting on the first floor is comfortable.

The smell of baked goods wafting through the shop was delicious! The pastry was warm and flaky. Nothing beats home made pastry. no problem with customer service

Have always been looking out for nice Wife Biscuit (Hong Kong version) but Malaysian Wife Biscuits filling are usually with a tinge of lemon zest taste - not to my taste. Pooh Keon's Wife biscuit came closest to the taste I've always been looking for. Will definitely go back to get more next time

Pineapple biscuit or open-faced pineapple tart; not sure which one to call it, costs rm19. Most expensive compared to some stores I visited. Price on display was rm13 and were on the original board itself, not updated with cardboard paper or white paper as some of the photos here show. Felt cheated.. hopefully the taste justifies the price.

Their pastries smell really good and taste amazing. Traditionally made in the store. Most people would settle for expensive and lower-grade ones sold outside but if you go to Poon Keon behind the main street you will find yourself a steal for pastries.

A friendly auntie makes these pineapple tarts at the stall. In our opinion, definitely get them here instead of the tourist shops along jonker street. Worth a visit :)

Handmade tarts and cookies here are fresh and tasty, definitely worth the buy. The aunty here sells local products like gula melaka too which is cheaper vs the main street vendors

The egg tart - as per my experience, it had very little egg, mostly make up with custard flour to make the colour. Not nice . The pineapple tart is sour, good thing is less sugar otherwise it doesnโ€™t meet the standard taste of pineapple tart. The kaya peanut butter puff is good. However pls re count the price by yourself as the seller is an old lady. She counted mine extra RM 7 and short chance RM 2 for my friend.
