โ โ โ โ โ An assuming bakuteh restaurant in the 'factory' area. Service is fast. Food is good. They replenish your soup willingly. Both the soup and dry bakuteh are good. Suggest to come earlier or call ahead to book as by lunch time most of the "good parts" i.e their delicious multilayered pork intestine etc will be out of stock

โ โ โ โ โ Discovered this place about 2 years ago. It's a nice quiet place where the bak kut teh (BKT) only opens for lunch. The price is very nearly a premium - one person "cham" with rice and Yao char kwai comes to 19++ with 2 Chinese tea ice.
But the taste to me is worth it. The soup has a good hearty herbal taste and the meat is tender to a fault.
The BKT is cooked only when you order and comes to you piping hot. The yao char kwai is a little cold, but the entire purpose is to dip it in the hot soup to warm it up and soften it down.
The service is decent and parking is pretty much free but open air.
They close on Mondays.
I like this restaurant because I come with one expectation and leave with it fulfilled.

โ โ โ โ โ Typical small Chinese restaurant with plastic chair seating area. It doesnโt look fancy but the food is just amazing. This place serves one of the best bak kut teh Iโve ever had outside Klang. The soup has a very intensive and pleasuring taste and the meat is super tender.
