Ordered drinks and breakfast for my wife and myself, drinks arrived promptly but my breakfast was left on the side somewhere and arrived cold, my wife’s breakfast never arrived at all - when questioned what was happening, simply greeted with an “Oh - sorry”
Grumpy cashier, dreadful service, cold food.
You need to try a LOT harder than this.
Won’t bother with this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of food and drinks and service, this place is 5 stars, but I gave it a four because the wifi didn't really work so well and neither did their USB plugs. It's a shame because this is never a problem at their Avenue K outlet.
This place is still highly recommended, though, since it has excellent food and drinks. The pulled beef arepas is a must try. I honestly don't know anywhere else in KL that serves arepas, but theirs is actually exceptionally good. I recommend the chai latte as well if you're a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan Valdez Cafe at KL Citywalk is nicely located at the centre of the area. The accessibility is good for all walks of life. The coffee is definitely top notch (in my opinion) compared to other popular brands. If you are in the area around 12 noon - 2pm, do not miss the opportunity to get regular size cup of latte at RM7 (the one in the photo).
