★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, have to register for visitor access by providing ic with mobile number. The guard will assist you, remember to drop your tag (if you're a visitor) when leaving the building or not you won't he able to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is good . Convinient stores and 24 hrs food shop is available . However, robberies and snatch thier are very common in this area . So be careful with your handbag . Make sure you hold the bag tightly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An up market office building with an excellent location which is within a stone throw and walking distance to KLCC. Building is modern with excellent lift services. The same can't be said about its security personnels which in my opinion, lacked professionalism and are sometimes rude and very informative. Parking is a bit of a hassle since its carpark us often used as an alternative parking for those going to KLCC as its a bit cheaper here especially when you come in early for their early bird rates. Otherwise, a real nice location to set up your office if you don't mind the up scale downtown rental rates.
