★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an epic struggle with our old Maxi-Cosi car seat, I Googled for a new one and somehow found myself here an hour later, with my nanny and 3 kids in tow. We had to wait for a bit for the sales associate to be available, but she was worth the waiting time. Fa (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was super helpful, not only demonstrating the model I wanted, but also helping me with our old, possessed-by-demons carseat. The new baby showed her approval of the new seat by promptly throwing up on it, so it was a lucky thing that we had decided to buy it anyway.
We got a really good price and we also picked up a new baby bag and some small necessities. The shop is well-stocked with an interesting selection, but most importantly it has a very nice parenting room, which we used twice.
Throughout all this the lovely Fa was very patient, especially with my two older kids. For what it's worth Nanny also thought this was a terrific shop, and we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their store in Boulevard 10 a few times. They have a small variety of high quality products available for sale there. However the pricing is slightly on the higher side , even on their website if you compare to other places.
One thing though, their customer service is number 1 and they have always been very helpful to go out of their way to check on stocks and products or try to rush my order - hence the 5* review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if this was a strange day for business, but we came all the way from Cheras, travelling about an hour just to buy the Babyhood Diva Chair. Once we entered, there were two ladies at the counter but both didnt even looked at us, nor they gave a damn when we were exploring the whole shop and particularly that chair that we wanted. We were left unnoticed until we stepped outside. For the first time, i felt as if i became a daylight ghost. You just lost your business today and hopefully you dont lose your customers in the same manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to shop for baby stuff!! Prices are good! The boss gave us quite a lot of discounts for the things we bought. Ended with much cheaper price compared to other shops. Range of brands & stuff also very good. And customer service was EXCELLENT!! I must applaud Fa for her outstanding service. She was very knowledgeable & was happy to share with us (being first timers) really happy & will definitely come back!
