J	Jan Kisela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In order to get to Trail 8, park just next to the Rainbow Garden Centre, cross the river and walk straight flat next to river for about a kilometer. The trail 8 start will be on your left - see a small concrete trailhead stone just above the main path. Trail is initially very steep for about 20-30 minutes, you might get a bit dirty if its muddy, avoid if raining. The path is not very well maintained, lot of fallen trees and plants/trunks/roots covering the path at places. There are handfull of direction boards but all showing wrong distances (it is about 10km to walk up and down on trail 6 and 5 to finish just behind the Mardi). It took us 3 hours up and down in a circle to the parking. We are regular hikers. Bring enough water and dont worry, hospital is just down the hill. If unsure about direction in the forest, search for white plastic stripes to indicate direction. It is a nice jungle walk but without any view points unfortunatelly.

R	Ryan Soderberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a tough tough hike but very fun and rewarding. Good markings and easy to stay on corse. Trail starts at the rainbow garden on trail 9. Take 9 to Robinson falls and you will see a steeeeeeep trail up 8 it’s marked. The first part of the trail is very very steep and feels like your not on the right trail but keep going. As the trail goes you will see plastic markers on trees with “8” write on them.
