โ โ โ โ โ K Ten is synonymous with claypot chicken rice (็ฆ็
ฒ้ธก้ฅญ) in Ipoh. Main one in Bercham and a sub in Medan Ipoh. I have patronised this K Ten (Medan Ipoh) quite a number of times. Every time we look forward to a claypot of steaming fragrant chicken rice with side dishes like delicious braised chicken feet and crunchy green vegetables. The chicken feet are cooked to the right munchy texture. The chicken meat mixed with the rice are well marinated. Thumbs-up for the quality! Eh, eat all this with a bit of the chili padi in soy sauce. Blends well with the food with added satisfaction. Suggest a pot of hot Chinese tea to complement the meal. There are other cuisine like steamed fish, curry fish head or smaller side dishes like fish balls or tofu stuff. But people usually go for the main specialty. Compare the food here with the one in Bercham. My rating: just as good! Parking here is not a problem unlike that in Bercham. To tell the truth, Kampar is the town for food lovers hunting for even better serving of this style of cooking chicken rice.

โ โ โ โ โ Had breakfast of yong tau Foo. Ipohrians call it yong liu. Excellent Tiong Tiong bouncy fishballs. Have yet to try their fish noodles.

โ โ โ โ โ Clay pot chicken was average, can easily find better one elsewhere. The soup was good though. Spacious restaurant, occupying two shop lots, no air conditioning.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my favourite places for CLAYPOT CHICKEN RICE as it really packs a punch! ??
Service is good, but the place can be busy and that might change..
Pork balls are also delicious!

โ โ โ โ โ Best claypot chicken rice in Ipoh! We had a fabulous meal accompanied by some chicken feet and greens. The rice iscooked traditionally with charcoal in ceramic pots. The rice was cooked to perfection and was very flavourful. The Chinese sausage were delicious as well!

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty decent!
Pork soup was very nice even though it lacked pork meat. Happy to pay more for extra meat.
The clay pot chicken wasn't the best I had but it was good enough; it wasn't dry and had a pretty good flavour. My only complaint, and this is a personal predilection of mine so others might not mind, is that it was a little too salty.
I'd definitely go back.

โ โ โ โ โ The Claypot chicken rice is okay. Not quite on par with the kampar one. Good price given the size

โ โ โ โ โ Bought big pot for 3 pax at RM19.
Taste good, not salty, with chicken and chinese sausage and salted fish.
We are small stomach, just nice and left some.
