I received a call from them, regarding the review below.
Although it is too late, I appreciate it as they definitely do not want such reviews that would hurt their business.
I cannot vouch if their service is better now but hopefully, it is.
The service in 2015,2016 & 2017 was okay.

"Unprofessional"
They wouldn't tell you if they couldn't arrive to your premise for the cleaning service. We dealt with Chandran, and scheduled the cleaning service on certain dates, as agreed. Without prior notice, they just didn't show up. We had to repeatedly call and later was informed that they couldn't come.
We rescheduled twice, and had the same issue twice, and that would be the last for us to use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged their service for moving out cleaning and disposal for my office. Although they finished the job later than stipulated time, the job was well done. Disposal completed and cleaning was highly satisfactory. The price quoted was reasonable and I'm a satisfied customer. I would recommend to small businesses for regular cleaning and disposal services, or individuals who need move in move out services. Overall, good job K U Cleaning.

I do aware of the negative feedbacks below, as far as i concern, we dont face the issues as said and KU cleaning constantly addresses their issues they facing and they ready to receive feedbacks and work towards improvisations.
