★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights, they never come for room cleaning service. When I first enter the room, they give me a room without card slot so no electric supply. Then they changed room for me, but when I entered the new room, I still can see candy wrapper on the floor, bedsheet with stain. But location of this hotel is good. Hopefully they'll improve their management soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is good but not satisfied so much. Towel, tissue and toilet matt not provided by hotel. Staff very late to send towel to my room. Front of hotel stairs very disgusting smell and annoy with their polices not permitted to guest check the room first before paying the check in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro : Cheap hotel (RM 10 - 10.10.19 deal ?). Nice room, nice view. Cool aircond, water heater works fine.
Con : Slow service. Supposedly check in at 2PM but only allowed at 3PM. Towel only got after 2 hours of check in. Need to walk into stair before reaching the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very bad. I just tead a review here after my stay at the hotel. How come on agoda the review is good . However. During my stay the problem are still the same. No towel, no toilet mat. And even worse not tv channel. I feel very dissapointed. I experienced many budget hotel but this is the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advantages: Large room with 4 beds. The view from the room is not bad. Comfortable and reasonably priced. Very strategic location, many restaurants in front of the hotel.
Disadvantages: windows are very dangerous to children. Water heater is not in the hotel room. Overall: very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids and I were having a great time at the hotel. Location is strategic - not too crampy or noisy, compared to some places / roads here in Malacca. The staff at the reception and the shop downstairs are very friendly and welcoming. The overall hotel and the room are clean and very satisfactory. We spent the night on the eve of Chinese New Year. We got to witness clear view of fireworks from our room. That was a nice retreat..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was in a good condition and very clean. It was comfortable and our room capacity was big and enough for 4 of us. But my only consent was they only provide stairs to the main lobby which not really convenient especially for elderly plus with luggage to bring together. They should provide elevator. Overall, we enjoyed our night staying in here.
