โ โ โ โ โ Nice place to hang out for your fix on shopping , with great brand names readily available. After the long walk, the next best thing of course to head to all the wonderful food places available there under one roof. You wont be disappointed as there are plenty of choices to pick from.. all these in the comfort of great air-con environment and the place is soo clean & tidy.

โ โ โ โ โ Had lunch at Sushi Zanmai at The Shore Shopping Centre Riverfront. The food is okay. Meet the taste required. There are few choices for set meals. Need to order Ala Carte. Shashimi package have no rice, egg or soup. The place is cosy but some of the furnitures are torn and not refurbished expected of a Japanese restaurant. This place is pricy. Weak connection signal.

Bad ---- Very difficult to locate the lobby. is a very small reception Cannot qualify for any star. Even any 2 star hotel is bigger than this.
Hotel lift is ready slow and abit of rundown. So worry that it will breakdown anytime.
TV --- Signal was so bad can't even enjoy any show or news.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is full of visitor during my last visit. It takes me about 20mins of waiting for the lift. The view from the room and the top of the building is awesome. Kids love the pool. Is a family friendly pool. A weekend holiday for family will be a good stay. Kids heading to pool, adult can go for the gym which is just above the pool. After the workout, should proceed to the room take a nice shower. Go to the level 41, for happy hour get some drink and snack with family. Around the evening 7pm proceed for the Melaka River Cruise ride just in front of the hotel you may get your ticket and enjoy it. After the boat ride, just the perfect time for you to visit Jonker Street night market for your dinner.
Free parking is a plus for visitors to The Shore.

โ โ โ โ โ I would suggest people not to come here as we're here for holiday and you may end up with stress waiting for lift. The RELA rep assisting not helping at all because asking people to queue and playing with his phone, when new crowds are coming, he doesn't bother to give instructions to follow the queue . Management should take it seriously in this matter and really improve it.
Better book some other places for your stay.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service, very dirty, dusty ,unkempt, waited waaaay past our check in time (they said 4 pm instead of 12 but it was more than that) to get into our room. The rooms are so old and musty, the linens and sheets are so dirty with blood and spit stains on it. The sink is leaking, the walls are covered in mold. Disgusting. Apparently there is only one cleaner, who did a terrible job. Why are the owners so stingy to only have one cleaner and even then itโs not a professional one. This is the worst apartment Iโve ever stayed in, I will never come back here. Donโt waste your money on this place. Itโs a scam. Itโs a pity because the location is perfect and the view is gorgeous. Just the entire management and maintenance is s**t. The place literally looks like a dump.

โ โ โ โ โ Please do something about your toilets. I understand that during this time you canโt open all the cubicles but please open more. Only one cubicle was open, the rest were lock & there was no toilet paper available. It was also very wet & not clean. Please improvise. Thank you.
