Dealing with online purchases is very easy, whatsapp to the pharmacy number to tell what items we want and transfer the payment. The pharmacy handles home delivery. Very easy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ada experience yang teruk dgn pharmacy ni . especially pharmacyst perempuan yg macam muka mamak mamak tu .She so pushy and kalut.Customer tak decide lagi dah scan barcode. Options of medication pun tak bagi . Suruh org bayar ubat yang paling mahal.Ceritanya .. saya pegi ke farmasi sebab nak beli gel utk ulcer mulut anak saya . Dia terus ambil ubat blkg kaunter dan scan barcode ( harga ubat Rm24) . Lepas tu saya tanya adakah ubat ni Lignocaine Gel ? dia kata bukan . Than saya cakap elok elok saya nak lignocaine gel ( harga Rm8) . Dia tak bagi saya tukar dan suruh saya tambah duit lagi utk cukupkan RM24 tadi . Duit tadi staff sorang lagi masih pegang dan belum masuk peti cash . Kenape pulak saya kena beli brg lain utk cukupkan duit Rm24 tadi.. harga ubat Rm8 sahaja. Saya siap cakap ni dah mencuri . Lepas saya minta berkali kali duit baki saya .. boleh pulak pulangkan baki . Please customer lain berhati2 pegi pharmacy ni . Saya tak recommend langsung .
I have a bad experience with this pharmacy. especially a female pharmacyst with a mamak mamak face. She's so pushy and confused. The customer didn't decide to scan the barcode anymore. Options of medication are not shared. Ask people to pay for the most expensive medicine. The story is .. I went to the pharmacy because I wanted to buy a gel for my son's mouth ulcer. He continued to take the medicine behind the counter and scan the barcode (the price of the medicine is RM24). Then I asked if this medicine is Lignocaine Gel? he said no. Than I said good good I want lignocaine gel (price RM8). He didn't let me change and told me to add more money to make RM24. The money was still in the staff's possession and had not entered the cash box. Why do I have to buy another one to make enough RM24 earlier .. the price of the medicine is only RM8. I'm ready to say I stole it. Last time I asked for my remaining money many times .. can you return the balance. Please other customers be careful at this pharmacy. I do not recommend directly.

The staff would take pictures of each item to be purchased and sent them to me for confirmation. I paid my orders via online bank transfer after receiving a screenshot of the point of sale (POS) screen with itemised billing.
My order was delivered via Lalamove. Staff was very attentive to change the vehicle from motorcycle to a car because of heavy rain condition. I was notified of the delivery pick up and arrival details. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended ?
