I’ve had consultations with Dr Chew & Dr Jessie regarding various treatments and concern. Glad to say they are very experience and definitely know how to answer to any queries regarding skin & even skincare ingredients.
My facial experience with Ms Lisa (therapist) has been EXCELLENT. I highly recommend her should you want to have facials at Kaiteki SS2. She is so good with her skill that it deserves a detail review as such:
1. Lisa kept our “facial talks” in a professional manner during my session. Meaning no intrusive comments or conversation.
2. Throughout my 2 hour session, it went past so smoothly that never did I felt it was draggy.
3. Massage: very thorough & smooth. Face & shoulder massage was very properly done.
4. Extraction: very thorough, detailed and not painful at all.
5. Handling of my face & machine: gentle yet exude appropriate strength, it shows she is confident in what she’s doing.
6. Pace & transition of each facial steps was nicely timed and done. Not a moment I felt I had to check my phone or feeling impatient. Especially the final step (mask), she did a wonderful shoulder massage and when it is done, my mask was removed. VIOLA!
Kaiteki should promote her or train the entire team of therapist as good as Ms Lisa.
