★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls trust bad review people mentioned, not because to purposely doing to ruin people business but hoping have some improvement. This company have latest technology and have variety of service offered but they promote cheap price but will beg you to buy promotion again and again without considering improvement of your skin..they only care deliver sales rather than service..they will mentioned you can buy this and this, but never disclosed in details what you buy.Even if you are not checking, they have skip a few steps during my treatment.im totally not happy.pls check progress of your customer skin condition even they sign up promo price.Dont bring people to small room and force sell.even you say no, they will come again and ask you to buy during treatment(my experience).This is kind of force, but endup i purchased but not using it(half payment have been made) and not allow refund so pls do not repeat my mistake.They not honest how what service and what price you can redeem using credit that value 60k but pay rm20k..and one more thing, they keep changing phone number and suddently closed branch near me at sunway velocity.so sad..even free gift promised to give when buy MCO package also not fulfill.Like it or not, so much money have been put here.Still need to come?i want give 1 star but consider the beautician is so professional during treatment.Then okla 3star still ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IM SO MAD AT THEIR SERVICE!
Today after they gave me a 'free' facial because their hair removal machine is spoil, the lady kept insisting on me signing the package. I was not interested at all but she lock me in the room for over an hour pestering me non stop! I was seriously close to tears due to the enormous pressure she gave me!! In the end i had to sign the package as I was super late for my next appointment and she wouldn't let me go. Very mad that I spent my hard earn money unwillingly for such service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beauticians are good and nice. Ambience is good. I liked the package offer BUT i cannot decide on the spot BECAUSE i need to try first to see if got allergic reactions to the product(thankfully dont have. ) and need to discuss with hubby after finishing the 4 sessions. I'd really much appreciate if no hard selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you see all the good reviews, it’s probably because they force customers to write a review in front of them. Bought a basic package at rm1000 on first visit , but they continue to upsell me facial package at every visit.
It’s Super annoying and time wasting. I feel super tense every time i go there.
I don’t even see any results at all. Waste money waste time
I told them the problem and they dont even care , continue upsell other packages,
Everytime they send different manager to check your skin, everymonth they have different treatment , i wonder if they have a R&D team to research and develop new treatment every month haha
No privacy at all during the treatment time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you yet to sign up for any package from them, keep doing so. Even after you sign up for the thousand ringgit package, they will keep on asking you to add on different treatments every single time you come even they already promised you that the package you took earlier gonna show you result - so what's the purpose of of those package again? I have been doing treatment with them for 4 months and see no result. Doctor and consultants' instructions contradicted with one another. In conclusion, their treatment package worth thousands is not working. Yet they will keep on forcing you into paying more and more (i repeat, every single time you come).
And today, my treatment almost done after 15 minutes. When i asked, why i didnt get this and this today? And the so called beautician asked me back "oh you want that ah?" Of course i bloody want them, I paid for them!
Yes you can see a lot of good reviews. Well it was their first time here. And guess what? The consultants asked them to put good review so that they will receive some free trial products.
Totally poor services hiding behind decent, so-so professional looking premise. Bad experience and the treatments totally not worth your money. Just go to a proper clinic.
