★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem yg kurang senang utk visitor,pengawal yg kurang pengetahuan mengenai sistem “Transfer Call”call visitor .Saya xgalakan visitor dtg overnight sebab:
1.Bayar RM5 utk entry.
2.Setiap kali nk overnight jam12mlm Guard akn call ,menggangu org dah tido.(untuk renew time dan kad )-bodoh pya sistem.
3.Sistem Call utk direct Handphone visitor guard tidak boleh call.Alasan dia xalan guna hp peribadi.Dan call guna sistem to owner direct.(aqu tak paham).
4.Call Direct to visitor guna sistem yg sedia ada tidak boleh.(tapi ambil no hp visitor)so stupid.
5.TOLONG BUAT SISTEM LEBIH “SMART”
 System that is not easy for visitors, guards who do not know about the system "Transfer Call" call visitor. I encourage visitors to come overnight because:
1.Pay RM5 for entry.
2.Every time nk overnight at 12pm Guard akn call, disturb org dah tido. (To renew time and card) -stupid pya system.
3. Call system for direct Mobile visitor visitor can not call. The reason he xalan use personal phone. And call use system to owner direct. (I do not understand).
4.Call Direct to visitor using the existing system is not allowed. (But take no hp visitor) so stupid.
5.PLEASE MAKE A MORE "SMART" SYSTEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the environment as it is very quiet, peaceful at night and safe too. The place is strictly guarded. All non-resident have to register themselves even for pick up! Over-night parking is pricey RM5 but then you have the other option to park your car outside of the premis so done deal!
