β β β β β The facilities are nice and lots of shops nearby. However the floor are so thin that you can always hear footsteps and chairs scrapping so often that you have to wear earphones most of the time. ???

β β β β β If you want to live here, make sure you buy/rent top floor unit. Anything lower and you'll be scratching your head and screaming at the unit above you. Every tiny sound, every little movement that the person above makes, you'll hear it. Hell, you can even hear that eeeeeek sound the door makes when it closes! Totally regret buying a unit here, 1/5

β β β β β Everything looks clean and tidy from exterior. Visited once there last year. The residents need an access card to scan at the lobby before reaching the lift at the barrier glass door.
