However, the lao sa pao, char siew pao and mai kai quite good.
And the boss good service.

Ordered from Grab but got cancelled by Grab after 40 minutes without upfront informing. Kam Lun Tai called me and inform me that the food has been ready for 30 minutes but grab couldn’t find any driver and out of sudden, it got cancelled without informing the restaurant and customer. Kam Lun Tai took the initiative to send the food to my place by their own chef. The lady in charged constantly following up with me on the delivery status making sure that food are delivered to me. She even apologised which is not even their fault.
I am very impressed with their professionalism and food is very yummy too! The size of dimsum is bigger than usual size from other dimsum restaurant for example Jin Xxxx and it’s very fresh and dedicate. Highly recommended.

The cuisine was standard Dimsum, but the porridge, 叉烧包 and 虾饺 was good, deserve three points for that.
Enhance your service and retrain your employees. I understand if they are short-staffed, but they don’t even serve the basics.
The best service is provided by a Chinese uncle. Yes, only him. I don't know his name, but he was literally doing everything, promoting, serving, cleaning, and being extremely attentive in compared to all the other staffs who gave me the "I'm not welcome" vibe in the morning. 5stars because of him, appreciate staff like him, he deserves a raise.
One suggestion, install a hot water dispenser outdoors so that your customers don't have to wait forever for a refill while your meal is taking a long time to prepare even dimsum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came alone while waiting car to be serviced. Couldn't order the ala carte dishes so end up with few buckets of dimsum. The pic of the dimsum looked big but in actual it wasn't. Like the charsiew pao was smaller than the regular sized, likewise the egg tart. So I could finish 1 lomaikai, 1 bucket of 3x charsiew pao and 1 plate of 3x egg tart. Loved the lomaikai as hardly find a lmk with full ingredients of charsiew and sauce, chicken and mushroom, plus a mini abalone as bonus. Hope has chance to return for ala carte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai fuchuk, abalone siew mai not bad. Skip the xiaolongbao, not nice. Lady boss provides good service. The other waitress not friendly. Took a bit long for dimsum to arrive. No credit card below RM50, but ewallet OK.
