Could not explain or properly introduce cigars
Ask for "nutty, less spicy less sour taste", answer from the staff "this is all original"
Staff don't even know what are the flavor profile, body or knowledge about cigars, even saying cigars that aren't from Cuba as Cuban cigars
And worst thing is, don't know whether that room is a proper humidor or not, but there're mold on all 3 cigars I've purchased ?
Maybe this franchising is easier for different owners to get the license, but not all owners can maintain the high standards, especially franchise in midvalley jb gave me a very good experience with all the explanations and recommendations
