β β β β β If you're looking for thermaltake, Corsair, cooler master yada yada stuff to upgrade your custom build or rgb fans, strips etc you're going to the wrong place they don't have any of those, at least from my visit I didn't see any at all. If printers, cheap gaming keyboard, mouse and laptops etc you'll find them here.

β β β β β 90% of staff here is unprofessional and not helping. They rather chit chat about vape than selling the product to the customer. Came here 2 times and still the same. Not saying that they cannot chit chat but when the customer is looking for a product to buy, they should focus on the customer.

β β β β β I went there so many times sometimes just to update myself with recent tech. This pic was when I bought my Playstation 5 preorder. The item here is of quality and some are high end. You can find various items here with ease. Unfortunately the price is quite high. If you want to buy 1 item and live only close by, should be ok (save the travelling and hassle) but if you want to buy many items at once. Better go to lowyat. You can get cheaper price with the same item. About the staff, some are rude, some are okay.. I don't usually want to deal with them, better google the item specs and review first.

β β β β β Bought a casing for an iphone here.
Asked a staff whether can see inside box or not. He said cannot. Then asked him differences between 2 unit of same brand casing with different name, he just read me whats written on the box.
When making payment, need to call for attention because staff is busy chitchat. He is sitting inside counter still not realise customer is waiting to make payment. After payment just put the casing & receipt on the counter. Never ask for paper bag or whatnot.
Lastly, when open the box, the casing is full of fingerprint. Damnn basterdd. All staff there just come the to work for chitchat & collect salary.
